At URBAN REVIVO Thailand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your URBAN REVIVO account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags in the shipping box and include the printed return form provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized Flash Express or Thailand Post location using the pre-paid shipping label generated from our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
