We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories cannot be returned.
Can I exchange an item purchased online at a physical store?
Currently, items purchased through our online store must be returned via our online portal and cannot be exchanged at Urban Revivo physical retail locations.
